The faculty educates former pupils of secondary schools who can study at two levels: bachelor’s course (first cycle studies), master’s course (second cycle studies). The studies are conducted as both full- and part-time courses.

Since the academic year 2009/2010 students have had a possibility to undertake part-time (paid) JAZZ AND POPULAR MUSIC studies.
CHOIR CONDUCTING aims at preparing students to become highly qualified conductors. The graduates of this specialization may find employment in professional music institutions, music academies, universities and pedagogical academies, music schools of the first and second degree, secondary and vocational schools of every kind as well as in amateur music movement.
MUSIC EDUCATION WITH ENGLISH – the graduate possess the skills of a qualified musician, teacher of music and cultural animation in music as well as theoretical and practical knowledge of teaching: general music classes in music schools of the first degree, general music classes in kindergartens and schools (including junior secondary school), music appreciation classes in kindergartens and non-school educational facilities; the graduate can lead vocal, instrumental and vocal-instrumental ensembles in amateur music movement as well as perform music activities in cultural institutions and music-cultural animation in society. Also, the graduate of Music Education with English is capable of teaching classes and performing activities mentioned above in English, with special emphasis on integrated teaching of music with elements of English in kindergartens and early primary schools (grades 1-3 of primary school).
CULTURAL ANIMATION WITH COMPONENTS OF ART THERAPY (second cycle studies, master’s course) – the graduate of this specialization possesses the necessary knowledge and skills at promoting culture and using art therapy in educational activity.
EURHYTHMICS prepares students to conduct classes connected with this specialization as well as general music classes. The places of potential employment comprise the institutions which teach eurhythmics: academies of music, music schools of the second degree, vocational colleges and schools of higher education for teachers: universities, pedagogical academies, physical education universities and teacher training colleges. The graduates of Eurhythmics can also work in film and theater academies as well as colleges of vocalism and acting. They can be employed at music schools of the first degree, ballet schools, primary schools, educational and therapy centers as well as institutions running music and movement classes: cultural centers, music, theater and ballet centers.
CHURCH MUSIC prepares the students for work as organists, cantors and choir conductors.
JAZZ AND POPULAR MUSIC educates musicians-performers and teachers specializing in jazz and popular music.
